Brenda has been an area resident since 2016, and has spent over 10 years vacationing in Huron, Ohio. Prior to joining The Holden Agency, she served as a realtor at Coldwell Banker Routh Realty in Sandusky, Ohio. Brenda earned her Associate of Applied Science in Early Childhood/Education Management degree at North Central State College in Mansfield, Ohio.
Before providing real estate services in the Lake Erie region, Brenda worked in the areas of child development services, case management, infant/parent relationship support and family support services. It was in these roles where she strengthened her skills of being detail-oriented, accurate, proactive, and a strong advocate which she now leverages to benefit her real estate clients.
Brenda understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful, and she aims to reduce that element by always being available and constantly working on her clients’ behalf. “As a full-time Realtor, I am accessible to our clients whenever they need me. I am able to stay in constant communication with them to see things through,” Brenda stated. “I do everything I can to keep stress to a minimum and make our clients’ experience a positive one.”
